Complaints and appeals policy

The journal provides a formal mechanism for handling complaints and appeals concerning the actions of the editorial office, reviewers, or authors, in cases where publication ethics are considered to have been violated. All complaints and appeals are processed in accordance with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Required information for submission:

  • Full name of the complainant
  • Contact email address
  • Subject of the complaint (editor, author, reviewer, etc.)
  • Detailed description of the complaint
  • Supporting evidence or documents (if applicable)

Timeframe for consideration: All complaints will be reviewed within 30 working days of receipt.
